Our holiday apartment (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom) is fully equipped. A special feature—in addition to its central location—is the balcony with a unique view of the lake and the mountains in the Tegernsee Valley.

The kitchen is equipped with: oven/stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishes, glasses, and silverware.

The spacious living room is furnished with a recliner, a sofa, a dining table with four chairs, and a smart TV (Samsung).

The high-quality bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink, two makeup mirrors, a very large mirror, a washing machine, a towel rack, a hair dryer, a bathroom cabinet, and a toilet.

The bedroom (which includes a window with a stunning view of the lake) is furnished with a double bed and a spacious built-in closet.
