  • Come stay at this beautiful & spacious basement unit with lots of amenities. Close to lots of restaurants & businesses. Spacious backyard & very family friendly. Lots of room for fun or if you are in town for business there is a huge workspace. Basement unit, which may have a HEIGHT RESTRICGTIONS - Ceiling where vent is - 5ft 8 inches, Ceiling 6 ft 2 inches and Bathroom 5ft 8inches.

    This unite is approximately 7 minutes car drive to the new Nextstar Battery Plant.

    PARKING NEXT TO THE PROPERTY ON ST.JACQUES. Enter through the side gate to enter unit. SELF CHECK-IN.

    THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF GUESTS STAYING IS REQUIRED AS IT IS $50 PER NIGHT FOR EACH ADDITIONAL GUEST UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE. CHILDREN UNDER 12 STAYS FREE AND 13 TO 17 PAYS HALF PRICE.
