"The property is not in a hotel district, but near the bustling commercial strip of Santa Fe Avenue. I was not impressed by the Palermo shopping mall (nothing to do with hotel but 2 blocks away); it has no soul. The Recoleta urban market and the San Telmo market were both more appealing. The Eco Bulnes is a block from a subte stop. A carrefour supermarket is 2 blocks away. There are likely dozens of cafes 2-3 blocks from the hotel. There was always someone at the desk. You have to be buzzed in to enter the lobby, but this always took less than a minute. It does make you feel very safe, although the neighborhood and Buenos Aires, both felt very safe. The rooms have one universal plug that takes both European and American plugs. If you wish to plug in more than one device or charger with the foreign prongs, you will need either an extension with multiple outlets or to buy some converter. I believe I saw them for sale at various shops along Santa Fe, I bought one while I was in the USA. The cafe linked to the hotel gives you a 10-15% discount for breakfast, but as I said, Buenos Aires is saturated with cafes. The TV has dozens of channels, but nearly all in Spanish (RAI is one of them); they have CNN Latino (based in either Mexico or Columbia). Then again, you are traveling to a mainly Spanish speaking country. The desk staff was very courteous. I was not bothered by noise, an occasional dog barked at night, but Argentine's love their dogs. This was a clean comfortable room."

"The property is close to everything. You can have restaurants, bar, Alto Palermo Mall at walking distance. We could walk to any store and have great food. The process to check in and out was great and the administrator really helpful. Thanks Diego."

"The room we received on the 8th floor, was nice and spacious. The bathroom could use a better arrangement and a handheld shower. The first night we arrived 2 of the pillows were dirty but the staff replaced them. There was also a small mishap with the bill (I pre-paid the entire stay but couldn't see it on their end so they charged me again) but the next morning the matter was resolved. The location in Recoleta was convenient for us."

"Wonderful hotel, the staff were sweet and attentive, the room was very spacious and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for a couple of days. The shower was great, the bed was huge, there was a blow dryer (which is so fundamental when you're a lady with long hair traveling in the cold winter), and even though it was really cold outside, the room was warm even with the AC off. When I booked the room, I really wasn't expecting it to be so beautiful; I was traveling on a budget and trying to find something cheap rather than luxurious, but then when I arrived and saw the room, I was pleasantly surprised! I honestly feel like I ended up getting both a luxury experience and a great deal. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a modest budget who still wants to stay in a super nice place, and I look forward to my next stay!!"
