"The location is great. There is laundry, we stayed in the grand apartment and it was nice and spacious. It was great for the few days we were there. A few things to know though, there is no safe in the room. Our friends and us noticed the patio doors did not lock. We don’t usually get every day room cleaning anyways but after a few days it would have been nice. You can pay extra for that but we didn’t choose that option. Again overall this was a great hotel, just want others to be informed."

"The room was brand new, nice and good equipped. Just as described. The window was facing the hall/stairs. The check-in process was tiresome. I booked roughly an hour bevor I got there. I had to fill out an online form with the information that otherwise I wouldn’t be able to check-in. When it didn’t work there was no way to get an answer. I found that quite stressful. Finally I received the code for the door via email. At the house I had to wait more than 20 minutes while a friendly and helpful security guard was trying get me into the system. The experience might be very different when you check-in during the day. I have the feeling the process does not work properly for short notice bookings in the evenings. Checkout is at 11:00. which I personally find to early - especially in comparison to other places I usually stay at in CDMX. The staff I met the next morning was very friendly and accommodating."

"Fiesta Americana on Reforma has been my go-to for years now and I don't see that changing. Sure, there are nicer hotels in CDMX, but for the price, I think this property is top-of-class. As someone who travels a lot for work, a hotel's gym is super important to me and for Mexico City, this hotel has one of my favorite gyms. I've been coming here for years, and I don't see that changing."
