Not family friendly,

This place is not suitable for families if the weather is warmer than 75 degrees Fahrenheit. The hotel is too warm for younger kids. The WiFi was unusable. I couldn’t complete any work or play shows for the kids. We left about 2 hours after check-in. They refused to give me a refund after several attempts. I don’t recommend. They lack dignity and respect.

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena, la atención al principio en recepción fue muy cordial y atenta, respecto a la habitación que tomé estuvo muy bien, bastante acogedor y limpio. Tambien el restaurante del hotel estuvo excelente, tuve la suerte de coincidir en el buffet del dia sábado y domingo y todo excelente, definitivamente si lo recomendaría
