Our listing is located on Bryan Lane which is a new development in Te Aroha and consists of a private road with 11 houses in the subdivision. It is located close to the river, skate park and Hauraki Rail Trail Cycleway.
All houses are brand new, built within the last 12 months.We have a strict no smoking or vaping policy on our properties (not just inside our house). Any stains or damages due to smoking or vaping will result in additional charges being applied.
Walking into town in easy, with the high street being located just 1 minutes walk away. Additionally, with the cycleway being 10 metres away, biking becomes a great option if you wish to travel further afield.
