The highlight is the 20-square-meter private terrace with a magnificent view of the Barranco de Angustias and the narrow streets of Puerto de Tazacorte. The Atico is suitable for 2 people and a maximum of 1 accompanying child, who can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

This well-maintained apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building, just a few steps from the beautiful sandy beach in Puerto de Tazacorte.
The apartment is spread over two floors: on the upper level is a small, cosy living and reading room with a sleeper sofa and direct access to the large, furnished sun terrace.

From the private terrace, you have a wonderful view of the mountain ridge behind it, the Barranco de las Angustias, and the narrow streets of Puerto de Tazacorte’s old town.
In addition to two lounge chairs and a beach umbrella, there is also a shower so you can cool off between sunbathing sessions on hot days.
In a cosy atmosphere, with traditional local drinks, you can unwind on mild summer evenings on the comfortable seating area.

The lower part of the apartment features a new, modern, and well-equipped kitchenette with a large glass dining table and a dishwasher. The small living area fits perfectly into the space under the stairs and is furnished with a sofa and a large flat-screen TV with internet access.

The bathroom, featuring a large shower platform and toilet, offers ample storage space under the sink, and there’s even room for a washing machine.

The bedroom features a large built-in closet and two single beds pushed together, with reading lamps right next to the bed.

All rooms are very bright and inviting thanks to narrow, floor-to-ceiling windows.
