"Facility is dingy, they need to turn lights on and get air flow through the facility. Many other Riads have air freshening machines. Additionally, We had an early morning flight and had to use the flash lights on our phone to navigate the hallways. The breakfast and supper was stale and lacked flavour. The wood work, ceilings, doors, etc. are remarkable but the facility needs a renovation and is poorly run. What is identified as a shower in the room description is simply a nozzle in the bathtub. This is a 2 star facility."

"This place was awesome!! Great central location, close to Bab Eljuloud ( blue door). The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and spacious and the hammam and massage was excellent. The entire experience was authentically Moroccan and absolutely amazing."

"We stayed a week at Riad Mazar, and it was really magical! Not only every corner is a piece of art and magnificent; but also all the staff is extremely kind, welcoming and warm. Staying at Riad Mazar is becoming part of a family. The room was always spotless, the breakfast delicious and a variety of options everyday. In terms of location, a big advantage of Riad Mazar is that it’s at the entrance of the medina which is very practical and makes a big difference. The staff also gave us very good recommendations for our stay. I highly recommend Riad Mazar, and will definitely be back!"

"Broken glass, mould, blood on the floors, dirty rugs and hair balls , mouldy pillows , stained sheets, DO NOT GO I did not choose this hotel, hotels.com told me as we were boarding our flight that the hotel i booked couldnt honour our reservation and they booked this saying it was 5 star and better than what i booked. Its a terrible hotel"

"Located just outside the bustling medina, Riad Le Toyour is a true oasis of calm and beauty. The interior courtyard and rooftop are filled with lovingly maintained plants and flowers, with birds all around. It really feels like a little Garden of Eden. Our room was comfortable, very clean, and beautifully furnished, with thoughtful personal touches that made it feel both elegant and welcoming. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the service. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. We were especially impressed by Idris, the riad manager, who went above and beyond to take care of us and ensure every detail of our stay was just right. We felt less like hotel guests and more like visitors in someone’s home. We would absolutely recommend Riad Le Toyour to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful retreat in Fes. We would gladly return!"

"La localisation de l'hôtel était très pratique. Le personnel de l'hôtel était plaisant et facile à interagir malgré quelques difficultés de langue. Le gym est bien entretenu et assez complet avec ses équipements. La chambre est de bonne grandeur. Le lit était très confortable et les oreillers assez nombreux mais surtout de bonne dimension et dureté. La salle de bain comportait certains problèmes. Le miroir "grossissant" ne tenait pas donc n'était pas serviable. La salle de toilette sentait l'urine constamment, sans doute un problème de plomberie. Les petits déjeuneurs était copieux et de bonne qualité. Le personnel était toujours bien souriant malgré le travail et l'achaldage. Le chef du restaurant était très présent pour assurer le bon fonctionnement. Il était aussi très accueillant. La chef à la station pour les œufs & omelettes était toujours souriante et nous a donné de bonnes omelettes et œufs. Bravo! Finalement, le personnel du parking nous a aidé à chaque jour. Ils nous reconnaissait à notre arrivé et était bien attentionné. Merci!"

"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The photos do not do justice to the exquisite furnishings and architecture. We had booked a Classic room which was beautiful - stained glass windows overlooking an internal plant filled courtyard. We were then offered an upgrade for our second night and found ourselves with a stunning rooftop suite with private terrace. We ate in the hotel restaurant for both evenings and food was delicious. Breakfasts were also memorable. Staff were wonderful and we were very sad to leave. So many thoughtful touches to make for a perfect visit. We will return! Thank you. "

"I paid $400 for the room including tax. It was too cold at night. Normally in any hotel there's a thermometer in the room. I couldn't find it. I called the desk and they told me the heat was controlled by them only. I turned on the TV and watched it, and when I was in bed the desk called me in such a low voice I could barely hear them (telephone didn't work properly) to turn the TV down. I never turned it up. It was the same volume as when I turned it on. So they didn't hassle the previous guest. I left my phone cord & converter in the socket. We called the hotel and told them, then we went to pick it up. They asked at the front desk (which is literally a whole block to walk from the sidewalk to the front desk - it is not located in the first or second room of a hotel like a normal place. They said they didn't have it, didn't offer to call housekeeping, just sent us back up to the room where the cord was gone but the larger coins I had left for a maid tip had been taken, so I knew they were there. We then had to go back downstairs and tell the desk that housekeeping had it. A woman finally came from housekeeping and frowned at me because I didn't tip her - I had already tipped the bellman who took charge and took us up to the room."
