"Great room will stay again"

"The morning of our planned rental, traveling with a family of two adults and four children, I contacted host for access information, only to be told that this listing was no longer available. The host attempted to move us to another of his listings that only had two bedrooms - not ideal for our family setting - or to give us a full refund. When asked for a discount on the smaller property, a very minimal discount was offered. We quickly scrambled and were able to find a different property that would suit our families needs better than the two bedroom that was offered, so asked for the full refund. Although the host has told me that he has given the full refund, I have not yet received all of those funds back. I would definitely not utilize properties by this host in the future."

"Communication with Chris was easy and he was always quick to respond. House is large, perfect for what we needed as there was 7 of us. Bathrooms and toilets clean. Carpets could do with some attention. Overall house could do with a makeover, but was comfortable and in a great location for us. "
