The room was clean, staff were friendly but for $300 it seemed unreasonable for a basic hotel. We needed extra blankets and our phone didn't work. I'm super disappointed with the pricing of the Holiday Inn Express!

The manager did not help the bar staff (only one employee). When the area was extremely busy as most customers were watching the stanley cup playoff game.
