"Clean room, looked recently renovated. Friendly staff. Good location for visiting the centre of Perth. Good value for a comfortable, basic overnight stay or two. A/C was a bit intrusive being located on the wall above the bed, but didn't prevent a good sleep. Only noticeable exterior noise was the occasional train passing on the rail line across the highway. Would probably stay here in the winter for trips from Picton to Ottawa Senators games in Ottawa."

"Very clean, I love the tidy caulking job in the bathrooms (we stayed in different rooms on different nights) someone had patience to do a nice job. Lawn is neat and tidy even behind where the public doesn’t go. Beds are comfortable fresh new pillows Tasteful simple decor A/c is excellent No complaints!!"

"I stayed a couple weeks. Staff was helpful. Had a small problem with the room which was addressed quickly. TV is above average for the area. They upgraded me to a Jacuzzi room but sadly had no one to share it with so it went unused."

"My wife and I stayed here for 5 days with our dog. The place is as described. The views from the cottage are amazing. The water was warm and we made good use of the peddle boat and splash pad. I would say the cottage is more meant for 2 people as there is not a ton of space for belongings. The cottage itself is well equipped with pretty much everything you need and the washer dryer are a definite bonus if your staying for a long trip. There is a Webber grill and a nice little fire pit. We used the peddle boat to go fishing on days where the water was calm. We caught large and small mouth bass, pike, perch and a ton of rock bass and bluegill on worms. If you plan on swimming a would suggest using water shoes. There are quite a few stairs leading down to a floating dock so becareful on the last step as the dock moves when you step on it, however we got use to it quickly. The area was quiet and private and we really only saw the neighbors once while swimming. The TV is on a pull out swivel so you can face it towards the couch. Overall this is a fantastic little cottage nestled in the woods. I would definitely stay again. We both loved it!"

"A! This is definitely the best cottage we've rented in the Westport area over the past few years! The property and all of the rooms are a generous size. We really enjoyed the games room, deck, docks, boats and the campfire pit."
