I was greeted courteosly and my room was clean and spacious (King bed with fireplace) I found the grocery store next door handy to pick up some snacks. It was great having a mini kitchenette with dishes and a microwave to heat up some food I brought. The fireplace was a cozy touch on a cold night. The complementary breakfast was basic but had a nice variety to choose from. The pool is small. Stone Gate Inn is quaint and I'd stay again. I rated it 5 stars based on price. The reviews were horrifying and we were quite nervous about booking here. Check in was super fast. We were on the second floor and I am happy to say the room was nice, and seemed clean. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice evening. The heater/air conditioner was a bit noisy and the breakfast was ok. We did not see the pool so i cannot comment on that. We would stay again.
