Great location!
River access. Streetview, but use our huge common riverside grassed area and patio to watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.

Simple, smaller cottage sleeps up to 6 people. 2 bedrooms, each room with a double bed. Double pull out futon in the living room.
Full kitchen, A/C, WIFI, Flatscreen, Fire Stick streaming.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Space for (2) Cars Only - no extras please.

Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.

1 Pet maximum please. No pets on beds or any furniture.

Great place in Wasaga Beach

This cozy cabin was very clean and in a great location. We stayed in December and the cabin was warm inside and the snow was always cleared from our front steps and around our vehicle. The host,Tal, was very friendly. He greeted us at check-in and was available when we had questions.

The checking in was very smooth and prompt. Moreover, thanks to the host Tal for giving us a better cottage for an extra nominal cost. Our 1 night stay at cottage 5 was lovely and 2 nights stay at cottage 3 was bigger and even better.The rooms are clean, nicely painted and reasonably big. All basic amenities were there including clean linen n towels. Heating and cooling were very good. Lovely big fridge. Superb barbeque, hot water etc etc. in short, the cottage was spick and span. We liked everything about the property and the host. What we did not like was communications with VRBO. They were very quick to collect their fees upon booking but were not proactive in problem solving. We had bitter expert with them. Today's review.

We stayed in cottage 5 and it was a wonderful experience! the AC was strong, fridge and freezer worked, beds were comfortable. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

Conveniently located for beach. Relatively quiet. A few things not great- Beds really terrible, hard to get comfortable - all three Smoke detector comes on whenever the stove is in use Stove gets dangerously hot to the touch in non burner areas, it's in a spot that gets alot of traffic,right by the door. Our 4 year old kept touching the side of the stove coming in the cottage. Shower is tiny and getting it to the right temperature was a struggle

Not worth the money, outdated & very inexpensive overall furniture, curtains can definately be updated. It seems like everything in the kitchen was purchased at a dollar store! Went to use the can opener & it broke trying to use it! Shower is too small & the shower head should be mobile as it is hard to rinse in such a tiny space to begin with! Cleanliness is very poor, spider webs under sof, beds & windowsills!. A/C barely blows any air ! BBQ is very cheap, one burner did not work! I believe if youre going to charge people at a high rate than they should be recieving better quality cabin benefits inside.Add some colors of paint, update the furnishings etc... the tv should be farther back, I had to constantly tilt my head to watch tv. Beds were not comfortable at all, went to Walmart to purchase a foam to sleep on! Guests are sitting between cabins in the morning & talking loud as they are right next to bedroom windows! Not a great set up at all! Could not sleep in, in the mornings! Left 1 night early! Not worth the prices being charged! Will not return! The owner was very nice and very accommodating! No boat slip for your boat, had to go elsewhere & pay for parking & boat launch!
