Villa Antonella, Lavinia Apartment

  • Spacious and bright 70-square-meter apartment with a large panoramic garden and free parking on the adjacent street. Sleeps 5 adults or children, plus one infant. Features a large living room, eat-in kitchen, hallway, spacious bedroom, and full bathroom. Located in a very peaceful and quiet area, it borders the woods of the Lombard Pre-Alps and offers a panoramic view of the Cosia Creek valley and the town of Lipomo. Its strategic location allows you to reach Como in 5 minutes, Lecco in 20, and Milan in 40. For those arriving without a car, we recommend checking the ASF C143 bus schedule before arrival (the stop is 300 metres from the Villa); otherwise, you’ll need to take the C140 line, which is a 20-minute walk away; Taxis and Ubers stop 200 metres from the Villa. For guests arriving by car, please note that the road leading to the Villa is quite narrow in some sections but is still passable by SUVs or small vans.

Thank you for a lovely stay. We enjoyed the close proximity to Alessandro Volta’s resting place. We learned so much about his life from this trip.The home is clean and very comfortable. The beds are so nice and we all had a good night sleep all the nights we were there. The host is very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this stay. The kitchen has everything you need and everything is in good condition.We rented a car near the train station in Como. We recommend having a car too. We are a family with two children aged 8 and 10.
