"It was a really nice hotel, only a couple floors were the hotel and very close to the city centre. Breakfast was alright, and there's a lively bar next door at night. Very nice decor and personnel only sometimes present at the location. It was good but not great for the cost. It felt like an air bnb. We loved Florence but wouldn't stay here specifically again. Again, nothing wrong with the hotel at all!"

"It was an amazing experience and the room was absolutely beautiful. We had the junior suite with the jetted tub. The staff was great and the area was perfect! My only concern was the smell that came from the bathroom every night when I was trying to sleep. Not sure if it was just old plumbing but I had to close all the doors because it was overwhelming. Again only happened at night which was strange. Besides that small problem everything was great and would absolutely stay there again! "

"This property is beautiful, and our villa was quintessential and lovely Italian, but not walkable to the city center. We were in the furthest villa at the end of the property and it was difficult to communicate to taxi drivers our pickup location (which we needed to use every time we went somewhere). It was also considered still ‘winter’ so the breakfast buffet was closed and breakfast was delivered in a box to the door outside. Not impressed with the restaurant on the property. "
