The small farmhouse is located in a vast, flat agricultural area and was recently built on a farm property of approximately 3 hectares that includes a main farmhouse; it offers a sweeping view of the surrounding countryside. It has its own olive grove, which produces extra-virgin olive oil. In addition to enjoying the natural beauty of the property’s garden and its amenities, guests can go on excursions in the surrounding areas on foot or by bicycle through unspoiled natural surroundings. The property is located approximately 10 km from the centre of Tarquinia and is accessible from the SS1bis via a well-maintained paved road that winds through woods and neighbouring farmlands. The small farmhouse accommodates up to 3 people and consists of: i) a living-dining room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed; ii) a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed; iii) 1 bathroom with a sink, bidet, toilet, and shower.
