  • The house has a swimming pool. The house is on two floors, with completely independent entrances, which are rented separately. This advertisement corresponds to the Ground Floor. It is recently renovated (2024). It is very spacious and has a maximum capacity for 6 people. Pets are not allowed. The beach is approximately 50 meters away. Nearby are the Roman ruins of Baelo Claudia and the Duna of Bolonia. Around there are excellent restaurants and several food stores, also a pharmacy.
