Suitable with common areas of gardens, swimming pool for adults and children, playground and two paddle courts.  
  
Capacity for 4 people, and a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea.  
  
It has 2 bedrooms, the first with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, and the second with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower at the door. There is a living - dining room with 50-inch TV with internet connection and dining area, ceiling fan and exit to the terrace, finally, a kitchen equipped with everything you need. It has WiFi connection and air conditioning hot / cold.  
  
It has a private covered parking space. (15/06/2026 - 15/09/2026).  
  
 It is located in a private urbanization, overlooking the sea. Surrounded by magnificent beaches of the place, how the beach of Los Lances, the beach of Santa Catalina or the beach Chica, white sand and beautiful waters, cradle of Kitesurfing, with surf schools and water sports for lovers of these sports. Tarifa is the southernmost point of Europe, you will fall in love with this beautiful town in the countryside of Gibraltar from the first moment. As places to visit we can highlight the Castle of Guzman el Bueno, the Puerta de Jerez, the Isla de las Palomas or the Mirador del Estrecho.
