Located in Tarifa, this brand-new 60 sqm apartment accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and a living room featuring a sofa bed, plus 1 bathroom. You will find a fully equipped private kitchen that opens to the living-dining area, along with private TV, video on demand, Wi-Fi, and washing machine. Windows are fitted with mosquito screens, and fans are available in each room since there is no air conditioning.  
  
Step outside to your private covered terrace accessible from both the kitchen and living room, offering stunning sea views. The residential complex is surrounded by countryside with sea views and features a shared garden. You can enjoy the private outdoor pool, open from June 15 to September 15, along with shared amenities including a grill, playground, tennis court, and basketball court.  
  
Shared parking is available both at the property and in the garage. Pets are not allowed, smoking is prohibited, and events are not permitted. A crib is available upon request, and mosquito nets are provided in the living room and bedrooms. A security deposit via bank transfer to the owner is required.
