This villa has a built area of 170 m2, on a plot of 2,000 m2\. It has a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, terrace and excellent covered porch. The spacious covered porch divides the house into two parts; the main part has a very cosy living room with a fireplace on the ground floor, dining area, complete kitchen, very bright, with all appliances and a toilet. On the upper floor, it has a master bedroom with bathroom and another with a double bed and a superb terrace to enjoy the wonderful nights of Atlanterra outdoors. On the other side of the porch, there is a spacious and independent bedroom with a bathroom, with views of the house's garden and sea views. Very comfortable and private, as it remains completely independent from the rest of the house. Your wonderful garden offers us an incomparable place for rest, with hammocks, private pool (3 x 8), with outdoor shower (cold / hot), which invites a refreshing bath. At the back of the house there is a barbecue with a beautiful stone table with benches, which together with the large, fully covered porch, used as a living room and dining room, will make your stay in this house pleasant and very comforting. Next to the Camarinal Lighthouse, there is a path, Camarinal Lighthouse-Bolonia, from where the wide beach of fine and golden sand can be seen, little transformed and frequented by surfers, and the Baelo Claudia Archaeological Site, declared a National Historic Monument, this Roman factory-city surprises by its state of conservation. Julio 2012 Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen (Alter zwischen 46 und 72 Jahren) wunderschoene Ferien Im La Fortuna verbringen koennen. Das Haus ist schoener, als es die Fotos wiedergeben. Gepflegter spanischer rustikaler Stil mit der unverkennbaren deutschen Verliebtheit fuer Accessoirs (Kuechenutensil). Den Garten kann man schon als Park bezeichnen. Auch der ist sehr gepflegt und bietet einen ehrvorragenden bunten Kontrastpunkt zum immerblauen Himmel. Zu bemaengeln gab es fuer uns einfach gar nichts. Fuer Familen mit kleinen Kindern oder Personen mit Gehbehinderung ist das Anwesen jedoch weniger geeignet (Hanglage und ungeschuetzter Poolbereich). Kritische Menschen koennten auch bemaengeln, dass es vom Grillplatz keine Aussicht auf das Meer gibt, aber wer sich darueber beschwert, sollte zu Hause bleiben. Der Strand ist ueber ca. 400 Stufen zu erreichen, was aber kein Problem ist, da der Fussweg groesstenteils im Schatten liegt. Selbst am Wochenende wird der Strand zu keiner Tageszeit voll. La situación de la casa te brinda una intimidad y tranquilidad muy valorables en periodo de vacaciones. La casa te ofrece lo necesario para unos días en los que alternar barbacoas en casa y salidas a disfrutar de la gastronomía de la zona, sin echar nada en falta. Quizás, tan solo, alguna tumbona más en la piscina para que todos los miembros de la familia (6) dispusieran de una, había dos. Von der unkomplizierte Abwicklung der Buchung bis hin zur Schlüsselrückgabe war alles wie immer Tiptop. Bereits 2015 waren wir im Casa La Fortuna und waren von der tollen Lage mit Blick auf das Meer begeistert. Der typisch spanisch, rustikale Stil des Hauses sowie die gute Ausstattung gefallen uns sehr. Leider gab es in diesem Jahr ein kleines Problem mit dem Abwasser in einem der Badezimmer, das leider nicht auf Anhieb behoben werden konnte. Trotz allem war das Team von ZaharaVillas zu jeder Zeit mit vollem Engagement dabei, uns den Urlaub dennoch so komfortabel wie möglich zu gestalten. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Johannes R. 8 Dec 2016 #### Wunderschöner Urlaub in exklusivem Ambiente „La Fortuna“ gehört zu den normalen Häusern in Atlanterra und ist durch Verzicht auf überflüssigen Luxus auch preiswerter als andere. Trotzdem liegt sie wunderschön in einem parkähnlichen Garten mit traumhaftem Blick über die Küste. Es gibt Platz für 6 Personen. Ein überdachter, zur Terrasse offenen Raum trennt zwei Wohnbereiche. Nördlich ist ein eigener Schlafbereich für 2 Personen mit Bad, südlich das Haupthaus mit Flur, Wohn-Eßzimmer, Küche und Toilette sowie im Obergeschoß zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem Bad. Wir waren 2 Paare und diese Aufteilung erwies sich als ideal. Die Einrichtung ist vollständig und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß, die Betten bequem und die Bäder funktionell. Alles ist gepflegt und sauber!! Die Unterhaltungselektronik im Wohnzimmer haben wir bis auf WiFi kaum benutzt. Die Bucht und das traumhafte Wetter ließ das Fernsehen vergessen. Der Garten ist groß, sehr gepflegt, in zwei Etagen angelegt, mit Pool und Außendusche. Und immer wieder dieser unglaubliche Blick auf den Atlantik von Cap Trafalgar bis Tanger!! Die Anlage ist nur bedingt für Gehbehinderte geeignet, da mehr als 20 Stufen von der Straße zum Haus führen. Die erhöhte Lage schützt aber Veranda und Haus vor neugierigen Blicken. Der Garten ist nur vom neuen Nachbarhaus im Norden partiell einsehbar. Es gibt Elektroradiatoren und einen offenen Kamin. Die programmierbare E-Heizung im Wohnzimmer war absolut ausreichend und am Tag war die Sonne Heizung genug. Das Wasser im Pool war recht kalt, dennoch haben wir den Pool - wenn auch stets nur kurz - mehrfach genutzt!! Der Strand ist leicht erreichbar. Mehrere Fußwege führen fast in Luftlinie (ca 400 m, ca 50-60 Höhenmeter) zum Strand. Sauberer Sand, sauberes Wasser. Der große Strand war meist menschenleer. Lediglich am Wochenende war etwas mehr Betrieb. Die Wassertemperatur lud durchaus zum Baden ein - zumindest einen Mitteleuropäer (geschätzt 19-20°C). Der Empfang bei Zahara Villas war sehr freundlich. Toñi Pérez versorgte uns mit Info-Material über Restaurants, Geschäften und Ausflugszielen. Dann zeigte sie uns die Villa. Betten und Bäder waren gerichtet, genügend Decken waren vorhanden. Ein Obstkorb und Wein stand auf dem Tisch. Wir fühlten uns gleich heimisch. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut angemessen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist unbezahlbar, ebenso der tolle Garten mit einer unglaublichen Vielzahl von Gewächsen. Man ist total ungestört und kann die Ruhe genießen. Einzig die Matratzen im unteren Schlafzimmer sind sehr hart. Asonsten war das Haus sehr sauber und gepfegt und mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet.
