This spacious and modern duplex apartment in the heart of Tarifa is the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation. With three bedrooms that can comfortably sleep six people and additional space for one or two children on the sofa bed, it is ideal for family groups or friends looking for comfort and style.   
  
The layout of this apartment is truly unique. On the upper floor, you will find a bright living room, a toilet and an open concept kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals (with ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven-microwave, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, all kinds of kitchen utensils, Italian and American coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, pressure cooker, blender and oil-free fryer). From here, you access a large private terrace of 15 square meters that has a relaxing jacuzzi, two comfortable hammocks for sunbathing, a small table to enjoy drinks outdoors, a refrigerator to keep your soft drinks cold and a clothesline for your daily needs.   
  
On the lower floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which guarantees the privacy and comfort of all guests. In addition, you can enjoy a communal pool with stunning views on the same level as the apartment (Open from June 15 to September 15). There is also ample space on the roof to store and dry your wetsuits if you are into water sports.

La zona es inmejorable. El apartamento tiene cubiertas todo tipo de necesidades que pueda tener el huésped. Se aprecia, que haya sal, pimienta y otra serie de básicos que no todos la tienen. Las vistas son impresionantes y por parte de la empresa que lo comercializa no podemos estar más contentos. Se apreciaría en el salón unos estores oscuros, el sol en Tarifa es cañero y al ser un Ático, con tantas ventajas como tiene este, el sol matador se convierte en una desventaja.

El apartamento esta muy centrico y cercano a tanto a la playa 7 minutos andando, tanto a la zona amurallada. Tiene todos las comodidades y esta todo muy nuevo.

Property is lovely, great location, awesome view. Check-in was great, they escorted us to the apartment. Two minor complaints, two of the bathroom doors would not stay shut or lock, and one bathroom had no mirror.
