It is located in a newly built building (2021) in the center of Tarifa, 2 minutes' walk from the historic center and 5 minutes' walk from Playa de Los Lances. The apartment has 3 floors, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is the living room and fully equipped kitchenette: crockery, kitchen utensils, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, etc... The master bedroom with a double bed, main bathroom with shower. and small storage room with cleaning products, iron, ironing board etc... On the 2nd floor there are another 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds of 80cm and the other with 2 stackable beds) and another bathroom with a shower. And on the 3rd and last floor is the master bedroom with a double bed, main bathroom with shower and 2 furnished terraces, one of them smaller with two hammock chairs, side table, portable clothes rack and hose. The other larger one is equipped with 4 garden chairs, 4 folding, extendable table, large parasol, barbecue and hose. It is modernly decorated, with great taste and detail, and is equipped with everything you need to spend a most pleasant stay in this Andalusian and cosmopolitan town on the southernmost point of Spain and facing the African coast.
