### 108 - Paraje de Los Lances

Modern apartment, located in one of the best urbanizations in Tarifa. Located next to Los Lances beach and about a 15-20 minute walk from the historic center. It has all the services nearby, restaurants, beach bars (Carbones 13 is about 100 meters away), Mercadona, and surf shops.   
  
It is equipped for 4 people, all on the ground floor, without stairs. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a shower. living room, kitchen and terrace.   
  
It also has a private garage space. WIFI with fiber, air conditioning and large community pool with large gardens (open from 06/15 to 09/15).
