The accommodation comprises Ground floor: \- 38 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area \- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room and WC.
