Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Logement affreux

Commençons par l’accueil qui a été inexistant : - l’hôte n’a pas pris contact avec nous : nous avons dû passer par différents intermédiaires via Abritel pour réussir à le contacter. - communication impossible, ne parle pas anglais et ne fait aucun effort Passons à l’hygiène de manière globale : -chambre insalubre, odeur nauséabonde dans l’ensemble du logement -douche avec l’eau qui stagne Chaleur étouffante, pas de climatisation et seulement un ventilateur de bonne fortune…. Finissons avec le petit déjeuner qui était tout simplement désastreux : -présence de cheveux dans le gâteux servi lors du petit déjeuner -les quantités très maigres -les produits de piètre qualité Ce logement ne devrait pas exister !! Bref mieux vaut dormir dans la rue de Taormine qui est une magnifique ville plutôt que dans ce logement.
