San Domenico Palace, Taormina, A Four Seasons Hotel

"One of the best hotels with world class service. I have to say that Olga with the concierge desk did a wonderful job helping us get home after Mt. Etna’s eruption closed the airport at Catania. It’s a great location and a beautiful property."
Hotel Isola Bella

"So, we booked this hotel because of the location near Isola Bella. Hotel is not updated, does not have parking, although there is paid parking lot adjacent but not connected to property and only open 8:30am to 7:00pm. Cars/motorcycles noise all day/night, and very limited parking to even get your luggage on and off, your car or taxi, and no walkway to walk to funicular/beach: you have to walk in the street with cars/motorcycles speeding by your side. For me it was stressful. Funicular to the nice Corso Umberto Street is 5 blocks away and costs $8 euros each way. All that said, if you booked any sea view room, from your balcony you have one of the best views of Isola Bella island and the hotel was walking distance to the beach. We ended up staying another night in Taormina, but we moved to a great hotel near Corso Umberto street with another great view but near restaurants, shopping, splendid views and attractions."

"Superbe hotel c'est beau partout,des plante, la vegetation,piscine superbe mais profonde,super service,merci a Antonella au dejeuner pour son service et son sourire,tres bien situe a 10 minutes du centre,bus et car rouge au pied de l'hotel,tres propre,dejeuner il y a de tout tres bon,animation tout les soir sur la terrace,chanteur,piano men,jamais vu autant d'animation Dan's un hotel,supreme impossible d'avoir minutes."

"The room (off-site) & linens were very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend staying in the main building, more attractive and close to the pool, breakfast buffet and beautiful gardens. Staff helped me book boat tours and airport transportation. I’d recommend this hotel and I’d stay here again, great location too"

"The hotel and room were excellent my only complaint was we were not able to checkin until 3:15pm. As An Amex Platinum member I guess I am spoiled with always getting early checkins.The four seasons got us a room at 11:00am."
Delta Hotels by Marriott Giardini Naxos

"Our stay was good at the Delta Giardini Naxos. The hotel amenities are good and the common areas are very nice. The breakfast was very good with plenty of fresh options. However, the bedroom is VERY outdated and it wasn't sparkly clean. They need to renovate the bedrooms. Also, the hotel is not very accessible and family friendly. A big shoutout to Mario and Aurora who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs!"

"The hotel was new and modern. Had all the amenities. A draw back was a very expensive taxi ride to Taormino and back again. The area was not really in a great walkable area although we did walk to a nearby beach about a mile away or so. The hotel did not have a beach or a beach shuttle which I thought I read they did. Disappointing. The beach club we went to had beds and umbrellas at a cost of course. The hotel rep said theirs was closed but all the others were still open. Not sure what that was about."
