"The hotel was clean an spacious. Close to the center of Town. I brought a few things to the attention of house keeping and they were rectified. Bed was softer than i would normally like, but the room was a good size and quiet. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I would stay again. As would the friends I was with. "

It tastes nothing like egg, just powdery and dry (made from powdered egg?). The rest was okay if you don't need a fry up (no other form of egg on offer anaemic sausage). Our rooms were very basic. I travel a lot. £330.00 for two rooms for a night... Not great. "

"The staff were fantastic, polite, friendly and helpful, which the made it a brilliant stay. Dinner was good and very family friendly with food options for the kids. Breakfast was the only let-down, scrambled eggs were cold and tasted awful, not much choice of fruit. "

"For the price, the hotel is in need of an upgrade. It’s not a bad stay overall, but the grand entrance sets expectations that the rest of the property doesn’t quite meet. That said, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were outstanding, friendly, attentive, and a real highlight of the experience."
