The rooms were nice and decorated great. The host was very sweet and responsive. My only comment would be that the neighborhood is a little rough around the edges. To be clear, we felt perfectly safe/comfortable, but something to be aware of coming in. Neighborhood is a little rundown, but looked like several renovations projects were ongoing. There is a rooster nextdoor that can be annoying if you are a late riser - which no one in our group was. From the very first communication asking about type of coffee to little details about whether or not there was a hand mixer, I was thoroughly impressed. FYI, there is a keurig with fully stocked coffee bar. There wasn’t a hand mixer, but the owner made sure there was one delivered the day of our arrival. The house is immaculate and so spacious. We had a large group over for brunch prior to the Bucs game and then walked to the game. After a nice dinner we had a great backyard and two living areas to hangout together. Six large tvs on property. More essentials than the majority of homes I’ve stayed in and just a beautiful,relaxing vibe. There is a rooster or two next door that like to say hello. Near airport, downtown, Ybor....great to get to everything. Only downside is the neighborhood isn't great and some fairly frisky roosters early in the morning.
