Host was very responsive and attentive. Home was exactly as pictured and clean. I did have a couple of minor hiccups (low alarm batteries) but quickly resolved them. It was a great home base location as I moved my son into U of T. It is right by a busy road and highway and noisy at times, but didn’t bother us. Although I would not recommend exploring the area by foot, I was comfortable in the backyard and enjoying my coffee in the sun on the front porch.

We stayed here to move our daughter back into UT. It was a great location, a few minutes to campus. The home is small, but perfect for our trip. It was decorated nicely, clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Even though it abuts the highway, we weren’t bothered by the noise at all inside. There was ample parking for 2 large vans in the driveway. There were other families staying on the street that appeared to be moving kids in as well. The street is quiet, and seems to be going under a revitalization. Close to Target, Walmart, Starbucks, etc. It rained all weekend so we didn’t use the back yard, but it looked fun with a fire pit and yard games. The washer/dryer are outside on the deck in a little shed, but it was totally fine. There is only one bathroom but It’s pretty big, and has a tub if needed. The A/C works great. The host, Brian responded within minutes if I had a question.
