Extremely Relaxing House on an acre next to a lake in beautiful Tampa Florida. (West Chase Area) Very quiet location in a beautiful setting, yet close to everything like Starbucks, cafes, Dunkin, highways, airport, nightlife and stores.

Enjoy Florida nature while spending valuable time with family or celebrating with friends at small gatherings.

House has 4 bedrooms and 3 full size bathrooms. There 2 separate entrance, upstairs is a 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom and downstairs has 2 bedroom and a 1 full size bathroom.
