This private 3-bedroom, 3-bath suite offers generous space and flexible sleeping arrangements, providing a comfortable and thoughtfully designed stay just steps from the energy of 7th Avenue. Inside the Suite: The main living areas provide comfortable seating and space to relax or gather after exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything needed for everyday meals or longer stays. The suite offers multiple private sleeping areas: • A primary king bedroom with room-darkening curtains and an en-suite bathroom • A queen bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom • A first-floor king bedroom with a full bathroom located nearby • An open loft area with a queen futon for additional sleeping flexibility Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your stay. Shared Outdoor Space: Guests have access to a shared backyard located behind the property. The yard includes seating and a grill and is shared with the other suite in the duplex. Location: Casita on Fifth is located just steps from historic 7th Avenue, placing restaurants, bars, music venues, and shops within easy walking distance. The TECO Streetcar provides convenient access to downtown Tampa, the Riverwalk, Amalie Arena, and the Florida Aquarium. Major roadways are nearby for trips to beaches, theme parks, and Tampa International Airport. By completing your booking, you agree to the following house rules and stay terms. House Rules Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times. No Parties or Events Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted. Unauthorized gatherings or disruptive behavior may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the stay without refund. No Pets Pets are not permitted on the property. Service animals are allowed as required by law. No Smoking Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the suite and on the balcony. Smoking is permitted only at the outdoor table in the backyard. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly in the ashtray provided. Parking This suite does not include driveway access. This is one of the best stocked vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Plus you can walk everywhere in ybor city while staying on a safe and quiet street. Everything was very clean and well done. It is close to 7th Street which has a lot of food, bars, and other shops (be sure to check out the James Joyce Irish Pub only a few blocks away). Also near the free streetcar system that will take you into downtown Tampa and a couple of the sports arenas. The only negative is that a couple of blocks near the house are a little rundown and you do have to park on the street. We had no issues with parking or any issues with the neighborhood, but it could be a limited concern for some. Plenty of room and privacy for three couples and one child. Quiet neighborhood within view all that Ybor has to offer, and close to the interstate for access to all of the Tampa Bay area. We were in Tampa for a convention and found this gem! Property is in a great location, within walking distance to restaurants, bars and entertainment. The free trolley made both downtown and Ybor City nightly walkable. We were about 35-60 minutes from St Petersburg depending on traffic. ##### Larry K. You never know what to expect when you try something for the first time. This property has been very well done Great amenities very clean decor is exceptional we felt so comfortable while there the host has thought of everything. Nothing is perfect though, an extra day at 50% off was offered but I wanted a late check out but was denied. But I would stay here again no hesitation and the price point was perfect. ##### Alex W.
