Communication with Teal door management was very easy. It is a nice condo in a quiet area. Was perfect to visit my daughter at the University of Tampa. The only thing that wasn’t clear was the laundry setup. It’s listed as an amenity but you have to use coins (pay) to use and it’s located out of the apartment and we were not prepared for that. The walls were streaked with stains whose origins I dare not investigate and a giant cockroach greeted us as we walked in the kitchen. The floors were warped and all different levels with bug traps in every corner. The bathroom a place that should offers respite but instead felt like stepping into a gas station restroom and the shower head barely dribbled water.
