Situated near the University of South Florida and Busch Gardens, this unit features a spacious living area with a 50" Roku TV, 2 memory foam queen beds, as well as a 32" Roku TV in the master bedroom. A reserved parking spot is included at no extra cost. Take advantage of amenities like the community pool, game room, and gym.
    -ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED A 500 REMEDIATION FEE.

Host was very friendly and responsive. It served the purpose for the few days we were there. Beds are double (not queen) so it's tight for a family with minimal furniture. Overall the place was clean and kitchen well stocked. Could use more towels kept out.Things beyond hosts control that were 3 star- water pressure in showers low & hot water ran out couldn't fill tub halfway, 2nd toilet didnt flush well. So maybe some plumbing issues within the complex. For the cost it was good and last minute accomodating for our needs. Thank you.
