I brought 16 people to Tampa and would choose to stay in this duplex a million times over!! The staff was incredibly accommodating and communicative. The apartments were incredibly clean and well stocked. 10/10 recommend!!!

#### Bad neighborhood area

The property inside is beautiful awesome and they clean the only bad thing. It’s full of sugar ants, When I got there, AC was completely broke, The property manager was there in route and this is respectful and made allegation threats against me. I will never stay in this property. It’s a bad neighborhood and I drove 4 1/2 hours from Miami and the property manager. Wanted to just give me a one time 50% off for one night instead of the entire three nights, I will not recommend anyone to stay in this property because the owner is a very disrespectful person and very rude. I can find better properties, reasonable price, and better solutions and treat people with respect and kindness
