Beautifully renovated 4-bedroom home featuring 2 king and 2 queen beds, a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen, and 3 full baths. Includes WiFi, laundry, AC/heat, and a private office/library. Steps from Bayshore, UT, downtown River Walk, and the Convention Center—perfect for families, business stays, and event travel. Guest house available upon request.
EVENTS: contact me as, in some instances, the space lends itself to family gatherings and weddings, etc. But there is a $500 event fee.
