Close to everything in the Tampa Bay area including Seminole Heights, Busch Gardens, Downtown Tampa, The Beach, Busch Gardens, Hard Rock...and much more! • No smoking • No parties or events • Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM • Minimum rental age of 25 • For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. • Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. • Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply. • Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out. •We are happy to accommodate pets for a fee. Unfortunately, VRBO did not provide any sort of refund for this inconvenience. Their priority is to keep the property owners happy, clearly not the customer. Everything is new and updated. The neighborhood is fine; neighbors are super friendly. The layout is a little usual. There is not a master bedroom per se. There are three bedrooms and the smallest bedroom (which has the bed pushed against the wall due to cords from the TV and router) is the one with the bathroom. There were several issues which were addressed with the property managers - there is no hot water one of the bathrooms so we all wound up taking showers in the bathroom in the smallest bedroom. In that shower however, there is a very slow drain, so we were showering in an inch of water. There are no bath mats, no microwave, no ice cube tray; there were holes in the walls in the shower (like there had been towel holders there which were then removed); no batteries in the remote - we had to go out to buy our own to watch TV; some of the lights didn't work. Some lawn furniture would be lovely. This place could have gotten 4 stars if these issues had been addressed ahead of time. ##### Megan L.
