About this property
Quiet waterfront haven. Near Moffitt Cancer Center
- This is a nicely remodeled home in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, on a canal just a short 2 minute canoe ride to beautiful 90 acre Lake Cooper. Enjoy great bass fishing right off our dock or activities on the lake. You are welcome to bring any boat you can physically carry or dolly to our launch area in the back yard. We do have a fishing and a non-fishing kayak available for rent at an additional fee. We have 2 grills, corn hole, board games, fishing gear and a video library to enjoy during your stay. We have a computer work station setup in the master bedroom for virtual work time. Our home is within walking distance to a dog park and public library, and close to grocery and drug stores , local restaurants etc. We are within 15 minutes of the Moffitt cancer center for those under going treatment. You can relax near the water in the gazebo or our screened in lanai. Check out our new dock. Great for fishing or just relaxing!
