Perfect Tampa Home

Outstanding rental in Tampa. Convenient to everything, especially the stadium and ballpark. Great family neighborhood. Quiet. Easy to find. Spotlessly clean, well-equipped, beautifully decorated home. Comfortable beds, plenty of space and nice and cool in the summer heat. Highly recommend for families or friend groups.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Tampa home and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how beautiful and thoughtfully designed the space was. Every detail felt elevated yet welcoming, and it truly made our trip feel special.The beds were comfortable & my family slept so well, which is rare when traveling, and it made such a difference in how refreshed we felt each day. Also, the location was amazing! Close to everything we needed but tucked away in a quaint little neighborhood!The host was equally amazing. They were responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early, which made our arrival so much smoother and stress-free. That level of flexibility and hospitality did not go unnoticed.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a stunning, comfortable, and well-hosted place to stay in Tampa, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was extremely clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Only complaint was check out at 1000. I would rather have checked in an hour later than at 1000 am.

Beautiful home in safe neighborhood

Maya's home is beautiful. You can definitely tell she has poured love into it. The pictures did not lie and it was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and safe as I felt comfortable and safe going for my 3 mile walk every morning. There were no barking dogs, no unleashed dogs, no loud neighbors or noisy traffic. The few neighbors that we did see seemed nice. The home is close to the interstate, grocery stores, Walmart and more! If you are ever in the Tampa area and are looking for a nice place to stay, this is it! Thanks to Maya for making us feel welcome and communicating with us promptly through the app.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

We could not have asked for a more perfect home!! Location was fantastic - we were in town to see the New York Yankees spring games. Maya’s house was the perfect location and it was super easy to get to George Steinbrenner Stadium and Raymond James Stadium if you happen to be in town to see the Buccaneers. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. A few miles away are lots of choices for meals. Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach are both approx 30 minutes away. We visited both and really loved St Pete Beach. If I ever return to Tampa - this property is hands down my only choice for lodging. If Maya’s house is not available - I will change my dates. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed. I have ZERO complaints and highly recommend.

The property is a well-preserved block home that has been redone and is sandwiched between two new homes. It is in a quiet, older neighborhood that is super convenient in relationship to the airport, stadium and all South Tampa and the new midtown have to offer. Everything was neat and fresh looking. Having three bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen and nice living space was fabulous. Having a nice washer and dryer was a plus as it was a six day stay. Great experience that we all enjoyed. Don’t hesitate to rent this house.
