GOOD TO KNOW
• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM.
• No parties, events or gatherings beyond the occupancy limit. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the premises. A $500 fine plus cleaning and damage costs applies.
• Exterior cameras cover the front doorbell, the driveway and the backyard. There are no cameras inside the home.
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests, including children. Day visitors must be pre-approved.
• Parking: up to 4 vehicles (2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway). No overnight street parking.
• Pool: no glass containers, and children must be supervised at all times.
• Pets: one pet maximum, $150 pet fee. Undisclosed pets incur an additional fee, and pets aren`t allowed on furniture.

Maximum Occupancy
– 8 guests total (adults + children). Day visitors must be pre-approved.
– No parties, events, or gatherings exceeding occupancy limit.

Check-in & Check-out

– Early check-in or late check-out available for an additional fee, requested and paid through your booking platform (subject to availability).

No Smoking / No Vaping
– Strictly prohibited inside the home and on the premises. Smoke-related cleaning or damage costs will be requested through your booking platform.

Pets
- One pet maximum, $150 pet fee. Please include your pet in the reservation.
- Service animals are always welcome and are never charged a pet fee.

Quiet Hours
– 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM daily. Please respect neighbors (noise-aware community).

Security Cameras
– Exterior cameras (front driveway, front doorbell, backyard) are active for security and compliance. No indoor cameras in living spaces.

Parking
– 4 vehicles maximum (2 inside garage, 2 in driveway). No street parking overnight.

Pool & Outdoor Areas (if applicable)
– Pool hours: 8 AM – 10 PM. No glass containers. Children must be supervised at all times.

Housekeeping & Linens
– High-end linens, towels, and hotel-collection bath products provided.
– Before you leave, please place used dishes in the dishwasher and used towels in the laundry room.

Trash & Recycling
– Bins are in the garage/alley. If your stay includes a pickup day, we`d appreciate you rolling the bins to the curb. The schedule is posted in the home.

Damage & Missing Items
– Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items. Minor accidents happen. Just let us know right away, and any costs are handled through your booking platform.

Lost & Found
– We are not responsible for lost items, but happy to ship anything left behind (shipping + $25 handling fee).

Thermostat
– Please keep between 68–74°F when away to protect the home and keep utilities reasonable.

Emergency & Maintenance
– 24/7 emergency contact provided at check-in. For non-emergencies, message us via the platform.
