Dear Guest, I am so happy you chose “La Casita” for your trip. I hope you’ll enjoy staying in a Hotel Room style apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Our apartment has a private and contact free entrance. We offer a small porch, living room, 2 kitchens spaces (inside/outside) a shower bathroom and a large bedroom. Everything has been meticulously decorated in a modern/mid-century style. Enjoy our property, its amenities, and have the opportunity to relax and visit Tampa Bay and surrounding awesome places. I would appreciate it if you took a moment to read the house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. Suggestions are always welcome. La Casita Rule’s: Check-in 4:00PM. Check-out 11:00AM. This is a drug/smoke free place. Please drink alcohol responsibly. (no e-cigs, no vape) (smoke allowed outside) No drinks or food in bedroom. No pets allowed on premises. The decor was fresh and fun! Loved the covered outdoor kitchen and seating area. Our hosts were gracious and thought of everything - even the little things like Q-tips, cotton balls, makeup mirror, and foldable chairs and a cooler for a day on the beach or picnic. My daughter and I visited for a few days over her spring break. Our first experience with Vrbo and it was exceptional! You can tell the owners take pride in maintaining a clean, inviting retreat. They have put thought into every detail to make your stay enjoyable. We even found beach chairs and a cooler in the closet! This is located in a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located. La Casita was exactly what I needed being in town for the weekend. The attention to detail and quality was phenomenal and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Everything you could need is available, even beach chairs and a cooler! Would recommend and I would stay again. Clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. In a safe and peaceful neighborhood. The host has provided everything you could possibly need. Location is a half hour from downtown, half hour from Lowry Park zoo and many other things. Still has the beauty of Tampa without the chaos of downtown. My husband and I stayed for a week at La Casita. The location is very good. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are great restaurants and shopping only minutes away. I don’t think you will find a cleaner place to stay. The amenities are also plentiful. There is an outdoor kitchen and a nice sitting area for coffee or cocktails. Farah is a great host! We stayed in this fantastic place for three weeks. The location was super as it was close to everything we needed. Yes it’s a little apt off the main house but u have your own private entrance/gate. We communicated through emails and the hosts responded quickly. We loved exploring all the parks and beaches in this area and we could walk around in such a safe and friendly neighbourhood anytime…it was super. The cleanliness was superb and attention to detail the host spent time on made this place with a private sitting area outside a home away from home.
