  • Whether you`re here for work, a family vacation, or a relaxing escape, this stylish single-level home puts you minutes from Downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, Channelside, the cruise ports, and the University of Tampa. Busch Gardens, USF, Bayshore, and Tampa International Airport are all close by. Clearwater and St. Pete beaches are 30 to 45 minutes away, and Orlando`s theme parks are about an hour`s drive.
