This place is super clean. Even though you are in the middle of town, it's in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Great communication with the host. It's way better than a hotel. It's also close to the airport.

A wonderful stay!

We booked this as an overnight stay before our flight to Cuba for a mission trip. We loved it so much after our stay that we booked it for our return trip as well. This is a cozy home and so comfortable and clean! We felt very safe in the neighborhood, and it is a convenient 10-15 minute drive to the airport. Nini is a wonderful host and we enjoyed meeting her very much. You can’t go wrong if you book to stay here!

Beach Hopping for Seashells

This property was perfect for us. Very clean and very private. The shower itself is worth the stay..handheld shower head and great water pressure lol We came down to look for seashells and the location allowed us to visit numerous beaches, all within a short drive. We would definitely book this property again.

Perfect in every aspect

Wonderful experience at a wonderful property. My girlfriend and I stayed for a week while visiting family in Tampa. This location is a perfect alternative to a costly hotel stay. The property was quiet, clean, and tucked away in a nice neighborhood with easy access to all Tampa has to offer. We won't hesitate to stay again. 10/10 on all accounts.

Decent for a night stay

None of the reviews really mention you pull up to a nursing home and this is an addition to back of property. The place is clean and comfortable as well as quiet. They had major flooding in neighborhood prior to visit so it just looked worse than it was when we pulled in.

A great place to stay. Very Clean and has everything you need. The A/C worked great. The shower was very nice. Reserved Parking. It is an older neighborhood that shows a little wear. But we never felt unsafe. It's close to the airport and the downtown area. Ybor City is less than 9 miles away as is the International Mall. Will stay here again.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I booked a last minute weekend away from our home in Pennsylvania. This was a great place for us to stay, as we really just needed somewhere to sleep and get ready in the morning, as we were at our destination the remainder of the day. It was perfect. I emailed our host prior to our flight leaving Pittsburgh to see if an early check in was possible and by the time we landed I had a response and it was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this property.

In all my travels for seven years with the blue angels, this is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed. I did not know that the owner had sent me a code and I had to call her at about midnight after flying in to get the code and she was so sweet about the whole situation and then I had to call her back once more and again there was no hesitation in helping me out. If I come down here again, I will definitely rent this amazing place out. It was so cozy and clean and beautiful. It’s an absolute 10 out of 10. This place actually felt so safe,cozy and like home.
