Min 30 day rental. Located literally 200 Feet from Tampa Riverwalk. One of the best locations in Tampa. Loft is located on the river, directly in front of the famous Tampa Riverwalk. Fully stocked kitchen, King sized memory foam bed. 1 queen pull out sofa. 1 parking space with TONs of street parking. This home was featured on the 8/31/17 edition of HGTV's popular House Hunters program. Located within walking distance of Armature Works and Downtown. Virtual tour link available by contacting host
