Plenty of comfy hang out space, great kitchen to cook in and a quick 15 minute ride to campus. Heated pool with an outdoor TV was a huge plus. We all got to enjoy all the amenities inside. The house will also be close to Busch Gardens and Usf. The host was very nice and answered quickly. We enjoyed the house in had many things needed for your stay. The house looks just like the pictures and the beds are comfy. There were toys and floaties provided for the pool, as well anything else we needed for our stay. Close to shopping & so many fun things. We visited multiple beaches, took a sunset Boat Tour & when we needed time to recover from activities, the pool & AC at the house were prefect for relaxing. I can't think of anyone that wouldn't enjoy this property, whether it be a family or friend getaway. It was a golf trip and it was a perfect house with plenty of room. We only used two of the bedrooms but there was plenty of room for a full size family. 20 min to airport and 25 min to TPC Tampa Bay. House is very clean and AC works perfectly. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Full size pool was very nice with large backyard patio area. Highly recommend and would stay again! ##### Jacob M. We took full advantage of the heated pool in Feb, the tv outside for music, the covered BBQ area to have a few drinks in the evening, and picnic table for our lunches. Very close to Busch Gardens. It is a little tricky getting on the main road from the subdivision due to being so busy and a signage obstructing view but you just need patience and has nothing to do with the home itself. ##### Penny Darlene F. Property was exactly as pictured. Very nice older home that was remodeled perfectly. Plenty of room for my family of four, but could accomodate more. The house was stocked with all necessities (cookware, toiletries, towels, etc..) needed for my stay. The outdoor area was amazing with the pool and television that can be viewed while swimming. The covered grill area was relaxing and provided shade while cooking. The entire property was very well maintained and very clean. Communication with the management company was polite, consistant, and easy with rapid responces.When I visit the area again, I will definitely be staying here. ##### Eric B. I booked this house for a family trip (3 adults and 4 kids) for a sports tournament we were attending after X-mas. The host Kathie was quick to answer all my questions and provided every detail needed. The check-in/check-out process was quick and detailed. All the kids LOVED the house, all the décor/details, and especially the heated pool! They had plenty of space to lounge around and enjoy themselves. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed and more. The house was only 25 mins from the sports complex and within 20-30 mins of shopping and exploring.
