We had a wonderful experience here! The inside of this place was amazing. We were blown away by the high-tech appliances, one of which included a blue tooth refrigerator that allowed us to connect and enjoy music from our phones. We did accidentally lock ourselves out around 5 in the morning. To my surprise, the host responded quickly & immediately helped resolve the situation. I absolutely recommend this listing and would love to stay again!

#### Well equipped with new amenities

The house is very accommodating they are down to the specifics they want to know who will be there, when they’ll be there how many cars and everything else however the property was accurate it was very clean it was well equipped with new amenities it had personal touches such as toothbrush/toothpaste, welcome snacks a handful of seasonings and it was very beautiful and gorgeous on the inside. This house was very quick to communicate and responsive. I will most certainly stay again there was more room than I needed but it still worked well for me!

Pictures were accurate. Rental property did ask for pictures of ID and credit card. I wasn't wild about that but in this day and age, I definitely understand. Property Mgr was very responsive when I couldn't find out how to get local tv channels. Rental is very well stocked and even had salt and pepper which I forgot! My granddaughter loved that she had a big screen TV in her room! Definitely a worthy rental in Tampa!

#### Tampa apartment

This apartment was beautiful and a wonderful place to stay. The apartment was clean, look like it was newly renovated, and had all the amenities you needed for a stay of several days to several weeks. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to use to cook. There was an up-to-date refrigerator and stove and dishwasher. There was a washer and dryer. There wasn’t a very nice bathroom. There were nice televisions in each bedroom and a wonderful television in the Living Room. Everything was great and if we had a question we could email and they would get back to us very quickly. I would definitely stay there again if I were in town.

#### Clean and organized

This house was super clean and organize. I also brought my two dogs, a teacup Yorky and a miniature schnauzer, and it was perfect because they didn’t have carpet even though my dogs are potty trained it would’ve made me nervous to feel like that’s the one time that they pee inside and the backyard is fenced so they can go do their business. we have rented other places like this and the cost for cleaning was $200 and up and they would be so strict how you clean before you leave. Like what is the point of $200+ dollars but not this place they literally told us to just leave it not to forget our stuff, but just leave it so the cleaning crew can come in.Also, that refrigerator that they have is my kids favorite thing and now my husband is thinking about putting one in our house.
