Enjoy a comfortable stay in this inviting home just a short walk from the entrance of Busch Gardens. The property offers three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms one en suite master bathroom with a shower and a second bathroom with a bathtub. There’s plenty of room to relax both indoors and outdoors, including ample private parking and a large backyard ideal for unwinding.
Please note: An RV is parked in the backyard with a long term tenant who lives there. She keeps to herself and is rarely on the property, so your stay will not be affected.
As this home is located in Florida, seasonal insects are a normal part of the environment. The property is regularly treated with professional pest control; however, occasional sightings may still occur. If you know your car has an oil leak please park on the grass. Otherwise you'll be charge a cleaning fee of the driveway $200.00 per incident.
Any towels and or bed sheets that are damaged will be charged $30 per bed sheets and $10 per towels.
Seasonal insects are a normal part of the environment. By booking, guests acknowledge condition, and refunds related to insects cannot be approved.

Cozy Cute and Walking Distance to Park

Enjoyed our stay. This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were able to just walk to the park which saved the almost $40 park fee. Enjoyed the complmentary waters and snacks. It was a nice touch.

Perfect for busch gardens of USF

Home was very comfortable, clean with plenty of space and very close to everthing. Busch gardens is almost walking distance, and USF about 5 min and ybor city and downtown about 15 min. Perfect for weekend or a week.

Nice place. East access to Busch Gardens and to multiple places to eat. The house was nice and clean and smelled fresh. Loved that the host left coffee for us. We arrived late and saw the coffee on the counter, everyone was very appreciative about that. Will definitely use again.

Three generation vacay

This cozy home is just steps from Busch Gardens and very close to Adventure Island. The house was very clean and well maintained. Our only inconvenience was that the thermostat was on a preset timer, and we got quite warm during the night. We appreciate that the host wants to keep utility bills down, but July in Florida is really uncomfortable even at night. This was not enough of a problem to alert the owner, but something we wished we had known prior to booking.

Loved how quiet the home was and had our own space. Only thing was there were a lot mosquitos. But overall was a great quick trip and it was so easy to communicate to get into the house.
