Tampa stay

We had an excellent visit to Jessica's house. It is just as advertised in the pictures- very comfortable, spacious many amenities, and a great outdoor space and pool. Jessica was very responsive, and we used one of her restaurant recommendations which was perfect. I will definitely stay here again when back in Tampa.

Great for family & friends, centrally located too!

We were contacted by the property manager a couple of days before our trip to make sure we had her info. Jessica was THE BEST! We loved the house, how easy it was to access and the amenities were superb. We were visiting the area to see family and the house was perfect. Each room had a comfortable mattress and accommodations. Every bathroom had more than what you needed, they didn’t leave out anything, no need to pack anything (except personal cosmetics) The kitchen was well prepared with coffee & other items you may need. Grocery store was close by so we got a few things so we could cook or make breakfast each day. There were even board games etc but we had a full schedule so didn’t have time to enjoy them. Pool was relaxing and the pool deck and patio area had plenty of seating. Definitely stay here again!!!

Relaxing Pool Weekend

Let's start with the host Jessica! She was AMAZING and so accommodating! Her communication was hands down the best I've dealt with using online so far. She messaged me regarding check in/check out, restaurants/things to do in the area, and other important information regarding the house. The house was very cozy and inviting! I liked how it had 3 bathrooms so if you have 3 couples everyone gets their own private bathroom! The pool and backyard area made for a great and relaxing weekend, since our Morgan Wallen concert was cancelled. The pool was very nice and deep, corn hole boards, and a grill for grilling out! Our 3 year old daughter loved playing and swam rhe whole weekend. We also really liked how it was located in a very nice, well kept. safe neighborhood! If we travel to the Tampa area we will definitely stay again!
