Guest Interaction with Building Staff Policy • This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. • For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. • Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Checkout Process/Cleaning Policy • Must load and start dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware. • Please dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal. • Place all trash in trash can or dispose in the trash shoot. Guest Policy • No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. • Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. For started the place was beyond filthy. There were hairs in all the beds as well as dirt and grime. All the cutlery was filthy as well. To top it off the pull out couch was broken and didn’t function. Traveling with small kids is never easy but this was so bad we had to pack up immediately and vacate the property. We also were told to pound sand in regard to any refund.
