First Pet • $175 per stay (covers up to 14 nights) • $75 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period Second Pet • $125 per stay (covers up to 14 nights) • $50 extended-stay fee for each additional 14-night period Cats: A $500 security deposit is required, refundable after check-out once the property has been inspected and confirmed to have no damages caused by the cat. RESTRICTED BREED POLICY Due to insurance requirements, certain dog breeds are restricted. However, guests traveling with a restricted breed may still be able to bring their pet by obtaining temporary pet liability insurance covering the dates of their stay. The policy must: • Cover the entire duration of the reservation • Provide liability coverage for the pet • List STR Management Solutions, LLC as Additional Insured • A copy of the policy must be submitted prior to check-in. Let’s just say if you like nightly lullabies of gunshots and entrepreneurial drug deals, this place is perfect.By day six, the toilet decided to join in on the chaos and started leaking. I shut off the water, rolled up my sleeves, and did my best Bob the Builder impression. The host finally sent someone… three days later. They fixed the leak but forgot the part where you clean up afterward — so we got a bonus gift: Eau de Septic.Every single lamp — yes, every one — was missing light bulbs, so we embraced the romantic glow of our phone flashlights. The master bedroom? Stuck at a cozy 78 degrees no matter what we did, because the house is held together with hope and duct tape.That said, the beds were comfy and the price was right.
