Comfortable living room hang out area, nice kitchen, driveway to park in. Neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Great location to be in as far as the greater Tampa area - close to the Gandy Bridge to head to the beaches. We will definitely stay again! Tampa Farmhouse This is the 2nd year we have stayed at this lovely property, as it serves our needs and is close to our family and friends. The house is very comfortable and clean along with being pet friendly. Easy to communicate w/ property manager & any questions were answered quickly. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5, is (for our needs & preference) we like the kitchen provisioned with more choices/options (size options of pots/pans, serving spoons, etc.) as we do a lot of cooking & host couples/small dinner parties while visiting. It's not an issue, I have the other folks bring casserole dishes and borrow from friends. We did notice a Charcoal BBQ grill was added this year, although we did not have a chance to use it. ##### F. Nice place to chill at the pool. We came to visit our son and although he lives a half a mile away, he stayed with us and the three of us had plenty of space. The house is well stocked (bath, bed, and kitchen). Host is very responsive for anything you need. Can walk to a lot of things - including the greenway at MacDill AFB. We’ll stay here every time we come to visit. Bocelli’s Modern Italian and Salt Shack are close and we enjoyed those very different, but great, restaurants. ##### Adam B.
